Scan history
Reopen results, understand history limits and preserve useful reports before they roll out of the recent list.
Open a previous report#
Choose Scan history in the dashboard. Identify a report by site, date and scan type, then open its recorded results. History lets you resume an investigation or inspect what was observed before an edit.
Reopening does not contact destinations again. Run another scan for the current state. Compare the actual URLs and categories rather than treating an old report as fresh verification.
- Open the dashboard and select Scan history.
- Find the site, date and scan type.
- Open the report and inspect destination and source details.
- Record the findings you intend to address.
- Obtain a new scan after changes.
Automatic retention#
The local recent-history store retains up to 50 entries. The Free history view shows up to three recent current-page scans plus the latest whole-site demo. Paid plans show the larger collection; a retained demo occupies one place in the 50-entry store.
Older entries can roll out as new ones are stored. History access, the Free scan allowance and the separately saved collection are different limits.
Free demo exception#
Only the latest Free whole-site demo is retained as a demo entry. A new demo replaces the previous preview even if you were using it as a reference.
A stored demo remains limited after activation. Run a new paid crawl for full results within the selected cap; omitted demo results cannot be recreated by reopening the old report.
Preserve a result#
Paid access provides Save scan for keeping a report independently of history rotation. Export reports to communicate findings; export a backup to preserve supported scan data and preferences.
Save a baseline before a release or migration. Record the starting URL and cap when a comparison must be reproducible, and keep reports you can identify and use.
Where history lives#
History belongs to the browser profile. It is not automatically synchronized across devices or browsers. Removing the extension, clearing its data or using Reset data can remove reports.
Export a backup where recovery matters. If a report is missing, check the profile, plan access, history rotation and demo exception first.
